What is life coaching?
Life coaching addresses all aspects of your life, your spiritual, physical, emotional, mental, financial, and social. As your life coach I assist you to make changes to align your values with your dreams and take measured steps towards attaining them. The goal is for you to come up with your own answers as opposed to consulting, where an expert tells you what you should do. We, working as partners, co-create a plan targeted toward your ideal lifestyle consistent with your true values.

How does life coaching work with you?
We begin with a complimentary 30 minute telephone consultation so we discover whether we are a match to work with each other, a good fit. Once you hire me, until you give me permission, our relationship is confidential. I become your confidante, partner, buddy, cheerleader, support and accountability coach, and the facilitator of your dreams and goals.
What will be the delivery system?
Weekly, one-on-one sessions over the telephone for 30 minutes for seven months. To have the most effective relationship, we need to connect weekly for support, accountability, and feedback.
What is your background?
With a Masters in speech and over 25 years’ experience as an author, speaker, teacher, trainer, consultant, administrator, and program director, I bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise. I’ve been a professional member of the National Speakers Association since 1988. In 1994, I became a Neuro-Linguistic Master Practitioner, and I utilize many of the tools, techniques, and strategies in my practice. I’ve been a life coach for ten years. Life coaching, being a cheerleader and accountability coach for my clients, and successfully working one-on-one with committed, focused, determined, enthusiastic clients has become my passion and purpose.
Why should I hire you as my life coach?
My passion and motivation is to show not tell my clients how they can grab for their dreams, grasp them to their hearts, visualize, and activate them. As a Reiki life coach, I bring a unique specialization to my practice, as well as being a communication skills expert. I’ve been an entrepreneur and small business owner for 19 years. Why a seven month commitment?
Lasting change is not immediate; beliefs, habits, behaviors take time. To achieve your maximum and so you have all the tools, skills, techniques, and strategies to go for all your dreams, I ask for a commitment of seven months. At three months, there is some measurable change and improvement. I’ve found in working with my clients once they begin to see results and some success, they go for even bigger goals. They no longer want to settle for little dreams. At four, five, and six months, more significant changes are happening and more limiting beliefs are leaving. Old habits and behaviors are being replaced with positive actions. From my experience at seven months, books have been written, new products developed, and businesses launched with the weekly support, accountability, and effective feedback with this amount of concentrated effort, time, and desire.
If you are ready to make a decision today, you can pay $400 a month for seven months. Another option for you is full payment. With a 15% discount, your payment becomes $2380 for seven months of 30 minute telephone coaching sessions per week. You also have the option of making three payments of $810, if that works better for your budget.
